What is DineBud?

DineBud is a digital menu and restaurant workspace. Choose a QR menu, QR ordering, or Tables & POS setup. Build your menu, publish it and share a QR code.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests open the published menu in their phone or tablet browser. The device needs a connection to the menu server.

Can I start with just a menu?

Yes. Choose QR menu only for a browsing experience without a cart. QR ordering adds guest orders. Tables & POS adds the staff table and bill workflow.

Can guests pay online?

Guests pay at the restaurant. DineBud records orders and, in Tables & POS mode, table bills and payments recorded by staff. No online payment processor or external POS integration is connected.

How are nutrition and allergens added?

Restaurant staff enter calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, allergens and meat origin manually. Review those details when recipes change; they are not generated automatically.

Can I choose my restaurant currency?

Yes. Choose your currency during setup, including USD, EUR or GBP. The live examples use USD. Check your currency before adding dishes or orders, when it becomes fixed.

Will the same menu work on tablets and TV screens?

Tablet browsers can open the guest menu. A separate web TV view is available for a compatible browser connected to a display. Test your actual device, screen and network before service.

How much does DineBud cost?

Launch plans are $9 for Menu, $19 for Ordering and $29 for Table Service per location per month, in USD before taxes. Annual billing saves two months. Preview access is available now; paid checkout is not open yet.
